The largest mould we have ever designed and made!
Published on: 19 11 2012We recently reached a peak in terms of our technical achievements for one of our main customers
For them we designed and manufactured a low pressure Mother-mould for a 1000 mm inspection chamber together with conversion parts to allow for 14 different product variations.
The 1700x1700x2000 mm mould weighs an enormous 18000 kg.
At the first testing phase on customer's injection moulding machine and at their site, perfect products were made in spite of the high degree of complexities involved. Together with our client we are proud of this achievement.
The mould has been delivered during August 2012.
