By using specific copper and brass alloys in combination with carefully designed cooling channels, we achieve optimal cooling performance and thus the shortest possible cycle times.
With insulated inserts, we ensure perfect alignment, resulting in crates with straight walls and a smooth, stable bottom surface. In addition, we use multiple hotrunners, with or without needle valves, for even filling and optimal material distribution.
